I started as a Team Member in January of 2010. I then took over an existing Agency in November of 2016 that John Ratzlaff built over 40 years! I absolutely love making sure our customers know they are protected and that we will be here should they have a bad day. I love that our Agency has over 100 different products that we can utilize to help make life go right. We have a wonderful spirit in our Agency and we are thrilled when each and every one of our insureds stops by the office to say hello. There's always a beverage and some candy waiting!
